Our Beliefs and Values
The DeSign of A Woman community believes in the power of love, forgiveness, and grace to empower women. We strive to live out these values in our daily lives, and we hope to inspire others to do the same. We believe that everyone has a purpose and a place in this world, and that we are all connected in ways we may not even realize.
We value compassion, kindness, and acceptance. We believe in treating others with respect and dignity, regardless of their beliefs or backgrounds.
The DeSign of a Woman is a program designed to provide inspiration to women to reach their fullest potential and ultimately to conform to God's original design mandated in Proverbs 31; also known as the Virtuous Woman.
Our Mission
DeSign of a Woman is a program designed for a woman to come to a place of wholeness; mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. It is designed to initiate the process of personal development and increasing one’s desire for a positive self-image. The program promotes building self-esteem and self-confidence.
The DeSign of a Woman program provides support to woman going through various life stages. The program offers workshops and seminars in regard to self-image, gaining financial security, job training, goal setting, home ownership, parenting, marital support and dealing with abuse. We are there to help women to get to a place where they can help themselves.
Along with this program Chantell of Design of a Woman offers life coaching sessions.
Our History
Founded in 2021 by Minister Chantell, DeSign of a Woman program came to be out of her outreach endeavors via SUCCESSS Together Ministries. Chantell has a true passion for women and young girls. Her experiences as a child and as a teenage mother have proven that with the proper foudation, mentality, and support, you can succeed in life, living at your fullest potentiol, and become the women God He predestined for you to be.
DeSign of a Woman started out with evening sessions, transitioning to day conferences, then weekend conference, to Life coaching, Bootcamps, and Retreats.
DeSign of A Woman has grown from a small group of sisters to a community of many. We are rooted in our faith and love of God and sisterhood.
VISIONAIRE: MINISTER CHANTELL
Chantell Temple-Peatross is a proud woman of God. Chantell is a minister and certified Life Coach that has a genuine heart and passion for people. She is a mentor to young women and to the youth of community. Chantell’s passion for writing and her scribal anointing has her labeled as a divine strategist.
Chantell's love and compassion for people follows her, allowing her to connect to all. She has a smile and personality that is infectious. She's always prepared with a word of wisdom, an expression of love and an hug. There is never a need that she won't try to fulfill.
Chantell continues her efforts under SUCCESSS Together Ministry (Sisters Uncovering Christian Characteristics to Excel Spiritually, Socially, and Successfully) and the DeSign of a Woman program. She does engagements as a guest speaker for women associations and has been the facilitator behind programs and conferences for women and youth for the last 19 years. She gives God all the glory for allowing her to use her gift to help others achieve the divine position God has predestined for them.
